Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you receive the goods or from the day on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can notify us of your decision by email.

We will refund the purchase price no later than 30 days after we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Return Conditions:

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods are excluded from return:

- Goods that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

- The return of goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, e.g., perishable or expired goods.

- The return of goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

The return of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not comply with the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We are not liable for damaged or lost returns. We therefore recommend insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return shipment.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods. Once we receive your return, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the sender had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the purchase price to the sender.
